Rolex just released a new color for the 41 OP called Pistachio... I thought "wait a minute, I have that color in my collection already!" My two NMI watches are both top notch in terms of quality, performance, and style. At a price that's more than fair.
Lots of desirable features. The dial and the case are nicely crafted. The feature full bracelet is diminished by the awkward functioning of the adjustable clasp and the unburnished links which are sharp to the touch. I will likely replace the bracelet with a leather strap. Aesthetically the watch is a good looker. I prefer a no date dial but the color matched date window symmetrically placed at six o’clock is the next best thing, for me. I also prefer the flat crystal. And the lume is good — legibility is not an issue. I normally don’t buy Japanese movements but this was a birthday special and I thought it was a good deal. I am not disappointed with the watch. The bracelet could be better but I usually swap for leather anyway. So for me it is overall a good value.

Trage die Uhr seit einer Woche und bin sehr zufrieden mit den Gangwerten. Eine unauffällige Uhr auf den ersten Blick, aber schön wenn man genauer hinsieht. Das Blatt ist wirklich sehr gut gelungen. Qualität muss nicht immer teuer sein und Freude macht immer das Gesamtpaket.
