Nordic Marine Instruments found a novel and perfect way to integrate it to an everyday sports watch by way of a double-aperture presentation, massive moons, and radiating lume treatment which make it look beautiful during the day and drop-dead gorgeous at night.
It was a great reminder that I still would love to see the northern lights one day. It’s amusing to think that a watch could motivate me to do that, so kudos to Nordic Marine Instruments for creating such an inspiring and original release.

Everything about this watch is classy. The design & finishing is fantastic. It sits beautifully on the wrist. The polished chamfered edges, nicely breaks up the design. The bracelet is beautifully brushed. The sandwich dial has texture and depth. No regrets
This is a wonderful, elegant watch. Excellent build quality and the dial is striking. It truly is a ‘Go anywhere, do anything’ piece, that would grace any collection. I'm very happy with this watch. It's already my second one from Nordic Marine Instruments. I own some very expensive watches, but I often find them too fancy for everyday use. And I'm very happy with these two watches. The rate deviation is about 5 seconds per day, which is an excellent value. And the yellow dial is simply fantastic.
Aventurine itself is beautiful. And now you have a beautiful watch brand together with aventurine?! Absolutely amazing! The quality of the whole watch is outstanding, just like the other 3 NMI watches I have. The dial, woah. Inside the house it looks like a black dial, and your looking in the stars in space. When having it in direct sunlight, there is a beautiful deep purple color in the dial. My most worn watch at this moment. Keep up the good stuff!
I have had the Østersøen Havblå for several months now, and it continues to grow on me. The combination of size and finish, fit and comfort, and the supremely legible dial combine to make a superb watch. I have worn it both in the bracelet and a black FKM rubber strap, and it looks great and wears supremely well with both options. A go-to favorite in my collection!
Loving my new Fuldmane! It showed up just a few days after I ordered and I was honestly surprised by how good the quality is. The case finish feels like something you'd find on way pricier watches. That full lume dial is wild, super eye-catching, and I’ve already had a bunch of people ask about it. Definitely a conversation starter. Oh man. This isn’t even possible to discribe, it’s soooo good! You have to see it in person. The quality of the watch itself is amazing for this price. There is no other brand that comes even close to this at this price point. And than the dial color.. No words! Absolutely beautiful! I’m a NMI fan, keep going!
This watch became an instant favorite. It has a versatile dive watch design but with the stainless steel bezel it doubles as a dressy sports watch. But the real highlight is the mother of pearl dial. Sometimes it looks gray but in the right light multiple colors come out to play.

I'm in love with my new Midnat! It looks super classy, yet sporty - very much Explorer style. The finish is top notch, I love the finely polished parts of the case playing with the light and it is very accurate. This won't be my last watch from NMI, well done guys!
