NIGHT AND DAY

NIGHT

DAY
The Nordic night, light never appears without meaning. The moon traces steady cycles across deep skies, while the aurora breaks the darkness in quiet motion. Together, they define the rhythm of the north — calm, precise, and endlessly inspiring.

Born from the meeting of
moon and light
A new expression of nordic time designed within the proven Søværn case, LUNØR balances clarity and emotion. The dial reflects the northern night: depth, contrast, and purpose. Subtle by day, alive in low light, it is a watch shaped by observation rather than excess.

IN THE MEDIA
It was a great reminder that I still would love to see the northern lights one day. It’s amusing to think that a watch could motivate me to do that, so kudos to Nordic Marine Instruments for creating such an inspiring and original release.
A novel and perfect way to integrate it to an everyday sports watch by way of a double-aperture presentation, massive moons, and radiating lume treatment which make it look beautiful during the day and drop-dead gorgeous at night.
